You’re probably wondering what makes me qualified to review romance novels and expect people to listen.  Do I need qualifications?  This isn't the New York Times.  But if you're desperate for them I can tell you that I've spent over 15 years reading romance novels and I own over 1,000 physical romance novels and you can double that on my Kindle.  Long story short: I know romance novels.

 

I’ve been obsessed with romance novels since I was thirteen years old and discovered that if I wandered out into the adult fiction section I could find books with sex.  To quote Wicked: Who can say if I’ve been changed for the better?  I can.  I can say it. 

 

I take a positive stance on my blog which means that I only review books I truly love.  It's a waste of my time to write reviews for books I disliked and it's a waste of your time to read them.  You might come across some of my less than favorable reviews on Amazon and/or Goodreads if I genuinely believe readers would benefit from an honest review, but on my blog we're all about celebrating the amazing talent these authors have.

I read and review everything from proper romances to historicals to paranormal to the dirtiest, smutiest, kinkiest stuff on the market.  So, no matter what you like to read, you'll find a review for a book that suits you here!

It took me ten years–and a job at a bookstore–to find people who didn’t roll their eyes and make trashy jokes when I mentioned loving romance novels.  I started this blog with the intention of continuing to connect with like-minded individuals and provide readers with a safe space to share their love for romance novels without fear of judgement.
